You are our member, not our product. We make money from optional choices, never from selling your attention.

Our "zero BS" privacy promise

Most apps offer a "free" service because they are selling your psychological profile to ad networks. We charge only for optional extras — never for your attention or data. That means you are our member, not our product.

• Zero ads. No ads means no ad trackers. Period.
• Zero selling. We will never sell your personal data to data brokers.
• Zero algorithms. We don't quietly track your behaviour to build an algorithmic profile of your "type."

What we actually collect (and why)

We're a community-based service, so we need to know something about you to keep it authentic.

• Your phone number. So you can log in securely without another password. We don't send marketing spam.
• Your face & voice. You upload a Presence Video and some photos, so other members know you're a real human being.
• Your general location. So we can schedule synchronized sessions at a time when you're actually awake.

Who else sees your data

We use a few secure tools to keep the sanctuary running:

• Google / Firebase. Hosts our secure database and handles authentication.
• Payment processing. Handled by the platform's in-app purchase system. We never see your card number.
• Agora. Powers live video sessions where they're used. Calls are ephemeral and never recorded.

The "nuke it" button

Under GDPR, CCPA, and basic human decency, you own your data. Go to Settings → Delete account and we don't just "deactivate" it — we remove it. Your profile, your videos, and your message history: gone.
