For mindful people who would rather stay in tonight
The app now has rooms. The first is for people who don't drink: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at eight, on video, eight minutes face to face, then the next person. No profile to write.

For two months we said the evening was for everyone. It wasn’t, and nobody came. An evening works when you know who will be on the other side.
So the app now has rooms. You choose one when you join: people who don’t drink, neurodivergent, single parents, 35+, 50+. Nobody checks, nobody asks why. A room is the evening you walk into, not a label about you, and you can change it any time in your profile.
Every room meets Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at eight, across the UK and Ireland, on video from your own room. Eight minutes face to face with one person, then the next, in a small group the evening keeps in balance. No profile to write, no photos to hand over, no messages from strangers.
The first room to open is for people who don’t drink. Every evening out is built around a bar. This one isn’t; it is for whoever would rather stay in tonight.
The ticket is £5, free this autumn. The meditation at half past seven stays free, every evening, for every room at once.
Written with an AI writing tool and read by a person before it appeared here. Synchronized Presence is a community, not a publisher: the sit is the point, the reading is optional.
Sundays at half seven, we sit together. Come.
