An Seomra Yoga
Galway's yoga room in the West End, on Small Crane off Sea Road, running drop-ins and class passes alongside an eight-week absolute-beginners course each term. Independent teachers rent the same room for their own programmes.

Galway Yoga Centre
Set up in 1986 and now on Mill Street, teaching twelve-week terms of ninety-minute classes graded easy, continuation and advanced. Chetan and Shraddha teach Tuesday and Wednesday, in the room or by Zoom, with a second programme in Athenry.

A Knocknacarra premises co-founded by Laragh Cunningham of The Yoga Shala and personal trainer Sarah Thornton; the yoga half of the timetable is the Shala's classes. Pre- and post-natal courses, women's health and wellness workshops run beside it.

A hot room at the Tuam Road Retail Centre, twelve hundred square feet heated to forty degrees by infrared panels with fresh-air ventilation, taking forty-eight mats. Two formats run: Bikram's set sequence and Fierce Grace.

Fiona Hynes teaches the Ashtanga sequence from rented room time inside An Seomra Yoga on Sea Road, taking students from a first class through to established practice. Beginner places are offered by direct contact rather than open booking.

Alignment-led teaching in the Iyengar manner, using props to build strength and range, with separate classes for adults, children and teenagers. Taught in the Yoga Darśana room at the Old Driving Range in Salthill.

Two bungalows in Kilcornan Woods at Clarenbridge, running pay-as-you-go yoga, pilates and movement classes across levels, with massage and energy-based therapies. A two-hundred-hour teacher training runs alongside the weekly timetable.
