Maitri Studio
An independent studio at 4 The Mount in east Belfast, teaching hatha and mindfulness alongside drum circles, heart gatherings and mind-body spa days. Therapies and wellbeing days run beside the weekly timetable.

A neighbourhood studio in Earlswood House on the Upper Newtownards Road, in the middle of Ballyhackamore. Around thirty classes a week — vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative — plus pregnancy, adult-and-baby and family sessions.
